100% Success with homemade Blue Thunder Propellant. - Michael Haigh - Wednesday, April 8, 2015
I have had 100% success using these nozzles with my ,homemade, Blue Thunder, HTPB, based propellant. I also reuse them when static testing motors, starting with 1-grain, then 2-grain. I know this is not advisable, but these are tough nozzles. The price has only increased slightly in the past 5 years. :) Michael Haigh (MARS) Marshalltown Aerospace Research Society.
